Overview
CloudTailor is a personalized fashion technology platform providing on-demand custom tailoring. The ecosystem spans multiple specialized cross-platform applications covering the entire customer purchase journey — from product discovery and fabric selection to bespoke 3D fittings, live video consultations, secure checkout, payments, and doorstep delivery.
Every application in the ecosystem was architected and developed from scratch by me, maintained in a scalable Flutter monorepo with shared core packages for design tokens, authentication, GraphQL APIs, and WebRTC streaming modules.

Monorepo Architecture & Code Sharing
- Single Source of Truth: Maintained all client applications within a unified Flutter monorepo structure.
- Modular Internal Packages: Extracted shared libraries for UI components, theme tokens, network/GraphQL client, auth state, and data models. This eliminated code duplication and ensured that design updates or bug fixes immediately propagated across all applications.

E-Commerce Backends (Saleor, MedusaJS, MercurJS) & Typesense
- Multi-Engine E-Commerce: Implemented and interfaced with modern headless e-commerce platforms including Saleor, MedusaJS, and MercurJS, handling complex storefront catalogs, cart states, payment gateways, and custom checkout funnels.
- Typo-Tolerant Fast Search with Typesense: Integrated Typesense for sub-50ms instant search across extensive fabric inventories and fashion catalogues with instant filtering and typo tolerance.
Integrated WebRTC Audio/Video Consultation
- Implemented real-time peer-to-peer audio/video streaming within CT Circle and the consumer app using custom WebRTC pipelines.
- Integrated interactive canvas overlay tools enabling designers and customers to sketch, highlight style alterations, and discuss measurements live during calls.
Backend Migration to Hasura GraphQL
- Led the architectural migration from legacy Firebase real-time sync to Hasura GraphQL, slashing query latency by 45% and eliminating sync bottlenecks across logistics and consumer apps.
